Travel to India with your taste buds with our Tandoori chicken recipe! A dish that is as quick to make as it is easy (as long as you remember to marinate the chicken, of course ;-) ). Just 5 minutes is all you need to prepare your yogurt-based sauce with ginger and, of course, tandoori spices. A bowl of rice on the side, and enjoy your meal!

  • Indian tandoori chicken - Preparation step 1Prepare the marinade: cut the chicken, then put it in a bowl.
  • Indian tandoori chicken - Preparation step 2Add the natural yogurt, cream, tandoori spices, and ginger. Mix well.
  • Indian tandoori chicken - Preparation step 3Cover the marinade with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (you can leave it for 15 minutes to overnight if desired).
  • Indian tandoori chicken - Preparation step 4In a preheated pan, pour in the marinade. Cook the chicken for about 10 minutes. Add the lime juice and mix again.
