Indian tandoori chicken
Travel to India with this delicious recipe !
Preparation
Prepare the marinade : cut the top of the chicken then put it in a bowl.
Add the natural yogurt, the cream, the tandoori spices and the ginger. Mix well.
Cover the marinade with plastic foil and put it in the fridge at least an hour (from 15 minutes to 1 night).
Put the marinade in a hot pan. Let the chicken cook for 10 minutes. Add the lime juice and mix again.
When the chicken is well cooked, it's ready ! There you are! Bon appétit!
