Preparation
- Break the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar and vanilla extract.
- Mix everything well with a whisk until you obtain a frothy mixture.
- Add the oil and milk and mix.
- Finally, add the baking powder and flour and incorporate them well to obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.
- Pour the batter in a greased pan.
- Bake for 35 min at 390°F (200°C).
- And there you are, your cake is ready, it will be perfect as a snack or as a base to make a birthday cake!
We sprinkled icing sugar on top to decorate it.
