- Bundt cake :
Whisk the eggs and the sugar till a creamy color (about 5 minutes). Melt white chocolate and butter. - Add cream and lemon zests and whisk again until combined. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Add flour and baking powder gradually while mixing or several times and mix until well combined. Add melted chocolate and butter and mix well.
- Pour your cake batter in a greased bundt cake mold.
- Bake your bundt cake dor 45 minutes at 340°F (170°C). Remove from oven and cut the bump to level the cake. Leave to cool down.
- When the caked is cooled, prepare the frosting. Whisk the cream cheese with hot water and icing sugar until you have a smooth cream.
- Pour the frosting on your bundt cake. Spread it with a spatula if needed. Find more frosting ideas in the observations below.
- Decorate your bundt cake with some Easter eggs !
