Easter bundt cake: white chocolate and lemon
Let's make the fluffiest bundt cake for Easter !
Materials
- Electric mixer
- Bundt cake mold
Preparation

Bundt cake :
Whisk the eggs and the sugar till a creamy color (about 5 minutes). Melt white chocolate and butter.

Add cream and lemon zests and whisk again until combined. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Add flour and baking powder gradually while mixing or several times and mix until well combined. Add melted chocolate and butter and mix well.

Pour your cake batter in a greased bundt cake mold.

Bake your bundt cake dor 45 minutes at 340°F (170°C). Remove from oven and cut the bump to level the cake. Leave to cool down.

When the caked is cooled, prepare the frosting. Whisk the cream cheese with hot water and icing sugar until you have a smooth cream.

Pour the frosting on your bundt cake. Spread it with a spatula if needed. Find more frosting ideas in the observations below.

Decorate your bundt cake with some Easter eggs !
