A snack coming straight from Brazil ! Made with coconut and.... parmesan !

- Mix grated coconut + coconut milk. Leave to rest during 30 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Add condensed milk + eggs + parmesan + melted butter + flour and mix well. Add the baking powder and mix again.
- Pour the batter in muffin molds. Bake 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove from oven and leave to cool down.
- Unmold and there you are, your queijadinhas are ready !
