Ingredients

• 200 g butter
• 1 1/2 dl sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla powder
• 2 1/2 dl coconut flakes
• 4 tsp baking powder
• about 5 dl flour

Preparation

• Preheat the oven to 150 degrees C.
• Melt the butter and let it cool a little bit, add sugar and vanilla powder and mix well.
• Add coconut flakes, baking powder and flour and combine.
• Roll to round balls and bake for about 20 minutes.
