Coconut rochers - video recipe !

- Whisk the egg whites at medium speed with half the sugar. When they start to form peaks, add the other half of the sugar.
- Whisk until it is very stiff and forms peaks.
- Add the grated coconut and gently stir.
- Using teaspoons or a piping bag, form little balls on a baking tray.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your coconut rochers are ready !
