Coconut rochers - video recipe !
A gluten free, dairy free treat that can be enjoyed by everyone, using only 3 indredients !

Whisk the egg whites at medium speed with half the sugar. When they start to form peaks, add the other half of the sugar.
Whisk until it is very stiff and forms peaks.
Add the grated coconut and gently stir.
Using teaspoons or a piping bag, form little balls on a baking tray.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
There you are, your coconut rochers are ready !
