Coconut balls - brigadeiros with coconut
Learn how to make this little balls full of joy and sun! They look like brigadeiros with gratted coconut but they're also known as Beijinhos in Brazil. You'll only need 3 ingredients : condensed milk, butter and gratted coconut!

butter
(15 gr)
1 cup condensed
milk
(20 cl)
4 oz gratted
coconut
(125 gr)
Preparation
Mix the butter and the condensed milk in a pan during about 15 minutes to thicken the mixture.
Cut the heat and incorporate 3.5 oz gratted coconut. Pour the paste in a plate and leave it to cool down.
Form little balls with the paste and roll them into the gratted coconut.
There you are, your coconut balls are ready !
