Bread omlette (a new way of eating bread and egg)

Ingredients

Whole wheat bread slices 12 nos
Egg 6 nos
Pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Ghee for frying

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat the eggs and add salt to taste. Mix well thoroughly.

Step 2

2. Heat a tawa and brush with ghee.

Step 3

3. Fry the bread slices and spread some beaten egg over the bread on both the sides.

Step 4

4. Smear ghee on both the sides of bread and sprinkle some pepper powder.

Step 5

5. Remove from heat once the egg is cooked well.

Step 6

6. Serve hot with ketchup.
