Use sesame oil, oyster sauce, white pepper to season the meat. Use light sauce to season the eggs. Ratio of eggs to water is 6:1.
Mix the seasoned mince meat into egg mixture, scoop out n place at bottom of steaming dish, then pour the egg mixture into the dish through a sieve/strainer.
This is a very simple dish, in fact, add whatever ingredients you like to this dish. The key success factor for this dish is the proportion of water and the duration of steam.
Depending on how big your dish is, a bowl around 15 cm diameter, 5cm depth, need to steam at least 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion on top when done.
