Light and crunchy waffles
For an afternoon snack, enjoy these delicious waffles!
Preparation
- Take the egg yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the flour, the sugar and the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the milk, mixing well to avoid lumps. Then, add the melted butter.
- Whisk your egg whites until they form peaks. Add them to the batter, gently, without crushing them. Put the batter in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Apply some oil on your waffle iron, and let it get hot. Pour 2 laddles of the batter, and close the iron. Leave it to cook for 4 minutes.
- There you are, your waffles are ready!
