For an afternoon snack, enjoy these delicious waffles!


Number of serving: 5
2 cups flour

2 Tbsp sugar

1/4 cup butter

1.5 cups milk

1 tsp vanilla extract


Waffle iron


  • Step 1 - Light and crunchy waffles
    Take the egg yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the flour, the sugar and the vanilla extract.
  • Step 2 - Light and crunchy waffles
    Gradually add the milk, mixing well to avoid lumps. Then, add the melted butter.
  • Step 3 - Light and crunchy waffles
    Whisk your egg whites until they form peaks. Add them to the batter, gently, without crushing them. Put the batter in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Step 4 - Light and crunchy waffles
    Apply some oil on your waffle iron, and let it get hot. Pour 2 laddles of the batter, and close the iron. Leave it to cook for 4 minutes.
  • Step 5 - Light and crunchy waffles
    There you are, your waffles are ready!
