20 cm – round mould
Preparation
Beat sugar together with eggs, vanilla and cardamom until the batter becomes fluffy and whitish.
Dd flour, baking powder, salt, and yogurt and whisk well. Add in the coconut butter and whisk.
Grease the mould with olive oil a sprinkle it with flour. Pour the dough into the mould. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
