Cookbook of the Month Recipe - Chocolate Anise Biscotti

This is the last recipe from Giada's Family Dinners, my Cookbook of the Month for April.  I sort of grew into biscotti.  I wasn't that fond of it when I was younger (too crunchy and not sweet enough) but as I got older and my tastes changed, I really started to enjoy biscotti with a nice cup of coffee.  I appreciated the fact that they weren't very sweet.  I've tried a few different recipes but
