Ingredients:
2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup coconut milk
15 pandan/screw pine leaves
Pieces of banana leaves - pour some hot water over to soften and then wipe dry
Filling
1/4 cup grated coconut
1/2 tbsp white sugar
50g crushed roasted cashew nuts
a pinch of salt.

Preparation:
Blend/process the pandan/screw pine leaves with coconut milk. Strain to remove the leaves.
Pour this liquid into the rice flour little by little and mix to get a thick dough.
Add some green coloring if you like.
Add water if the dough does not form.
For the filling, fry all the ingredients together for about 5 Min's and remove from heat.
Roll the dough in round balls (size depends on how big or small you like).
Press the center, add the filling and seal/close by pushing the dough together.
Place on a banana leave and wrap over to a flat shape.
Steam for about 10-15 mins and its done.
