I Found The Right Surgical Compression Stockings :)

My doctor advised me to go brisk walking as a form of exercise to keep fit each time I go for my yearly medical check up. And I have been a good old girl doing it religiously since :)) But lately I am beginning to feel some pain on my knee and heels when I walked on the tarmac road as you know that the surface at times can be rough. Daddy advised me to look for some proper surgical compression stockings online.

Today, I managed to go online and search for it and I found this compression stockings which has been medically  approved that will help to cushion my foot and heels  on tarmac road. And good news they have   compression socks for the men and women , so I can order for Daddy too! :)) Guess what ? I added another pair of support hose for myself.. At my age it will be good to start taking care of my body parts before they fall apart :p as the saying goes ...  " Prevention is better than cure "

Well , knowing this Daddy, I better take his advise to have proper stockings for my  brisk walks every day or no brisk walking for me...grounded!
