Preparation:METHOD
1.Wash chicken well then add turmeric and salt keep aside
2.Chop garlic and ginger fine, slit green chillies.
3.Grate coconut and make two extractions, the first one thick and the second one thin.
4.Grind coriander seeds and redchilli to a fine paste. Heat oil. add garlic ,onions,ginger,green chillies and ground coriander and redchillie.
5.Fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken is tender.
7.Add the thin coconut milk and simmer till chicken is tender.
8.Add thick coconut milk, salt to taste and juice of one lime
8.Simmer for five minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot
