Pork meatballs



Ingredients:

- 1/2 kilo ground lean pork
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- 1 medium egg, minced
- 1 clove onion, minced
- 1 small onion, minced
- salt
- cooking oil

Preparation:

Step 1:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Except oil, of course. Make sure everything is well-combined.

Step 2:

Wet your hand, then form the mixture into 1/2 inch diameter meatball.

Step 3:

Continue making meatballs that same size. Line them on a plate.

Step 4:

Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour oil.

Step 5:

Fry the meatballs in batches. Brown in all sides, turning them often.

Step 6:

Transfer the fried meatballs on a plate lined with paper towel.

Step 7:

Then serve.
