Ingredients:
Brown Rice ? 1 cup
Oil ? 1 teaspoon
Carrot ? 2 sliced long
Beetroot ? 1 sliced long
Sprouts ? 1 handful
Cabbage ? 1/2 small bowl shredded
Capsicum ? 1 medium sliced long
Bay Leaf ? 1
Cinnamon ? 1 inch stick
Cloves ? 2-3
Cumin Seeds ? 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder ? 1/4 teaspoon

Preparation:
Soak brown rice in 2-3 cups of water for an hour. Drain and set aside. Now take a pan, add 1 teaspoon oil(you can use olive oil also) and put bay leaf, cumin seeds, cinnamon,cloves and saute for one or two minutes.
Now add the drained rice to it and saute for another 2 -3 minutes, add 2 cups water to it and bring to boil, once the water start boiling add all the veggies to it and stir to mix well.Bring to another boil and reduce heat to low. Cover the pan and cook till done.
