Mix Vegetable- The clean up act

Benefits of Vegetables:
Vegetables in general are rich in vitamins and minerals and keep our immune system strong. They contain a number of antioxidants that prevents the formation of certain cancers in our body. They are rich in fiber that keeps our digestive system healthy. They are low in fat and calories and therefore, helps in controlling weight.

Ingredients:
Courgette/ Zucchini: 1-2 (chopped)Carrot: 1-2 (chopped)Peas: 1/2 cupTomato: 1(chopped)Green Beans: 1/2 cup choppedPepper/ Capsicum: 1 (chopped)Sweet corn: 1/4 cupCumin seeds: 1 tspOil: 1-2 tbspRed chilli pwd: to tasteSalt: to tasteTurmeric pwd: 1 tsp
Method:

Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.Add all the above vegetables, salt, red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd.Cook till done. Ready to serve with chapati, nan or parantha.
