NUTRITIONAL SEARCH

I've just added to each page of the blog a NUTRITIONAL SEARCH.  On each page it's located in the upper left column.  It's below the Page buttons,  On the left.  What this little wonder does is you punch in what food item you want to check out,  and it kicks out all sorts of info on that food item.  And better yet,  It will kick out by brand names,  general groc. stuff, e.g. eggs, carrots,  that kind of thing.  This is probably one of the best little blog toys I've ever seen.  So When your here,  check it out.  It is really cool.


You'll be totally amazed as to what your buying.  For example your on a low sodium diet,  Don't go shopping,  if you do you might die!!!  I was totally knocked over with what I saw... So do check it out


Oh it also covers Restaurants,  Boy will that knock your socks down...
