Pudhina (Mint) Thogayal
Ingredients Required:
Mint - 1 Bunch Urad dhal - 2 tsp Dry Red chillies - 2 Tamrind - lemon sized Hing - pinch Salt to taste Oil How to make? Wash the mint leaves and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and add the urad dhal, red chillies and fry till golden in color. Add the mint leaves and fry till the leaves shrink and become dark in color. Allow it to cool. Grind this along with salt, hing and tamrind to a coarse paste. Serve with rice and ghee. related searches : Pudhina
