Ridge Gourd Chutney

Peel of Ridge Gourd
Ridge Gourd Chutney


Ingredients:

3 Peels Ridge Gourds (fresh ones are always better)
1 Small Piece Ginger
1 Small Green Chili
2 TBsp Peanuts
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste (optional)


How to Prepare:
Wash the peel of the Ridge Gourds thoroughly.
Combine all of the ingredients and blend the mixture well in a blender.
Enjoy!
