Right on schedule

By Consider This! (Visit website)

Helllooo! Sorry for the delayed post! I had just enough time in my agenda to post the winners and hit the road!
I've got a crazy schedule today, so last night before I fell asleep I wrote up a little schedule so I would be as productive as possible.
This morning I woke up craving some OJ, so I enjoyed a glass while I packaged up my Secret Santa ;) Around 823 I realized I was 23 minutes late for breakfast! Tehe, so I fixed up a meal fit for a queen! Flax+Figs waffles with sliced figs and banana. A glass of soy to wash it down. Mahvahlous.
These waffles, so good!
Very close nutritionally to the Optimim Power waffles, these babies hold up much better, with a more pronounced fig flavor. I could definitely see these becoming a habit. Held me over well into my morning, work out and all!

I had to be in Miami around 11, so I headed to the Gym downtown for some upper-body work before. I was in and out pretty quick, seeing as I picked the worst possible time. It was Gossip time on the cardio machines, and I didn't have my IPod. I did what I do and was on my way.
I brought along some nuts to snack on after. I didn't need them hunger wise, but I knew I would be hungry if I didn't.
I just finished lunch, ahead of schedule thank you very much ;) I focused on the protein for some proper recovery.
Bistro burger on an Ezekial, tomato, avocado and arugula for the finishing touch. I also had some sliced fruit on the side. Just what I wanted.

Im going to hope in the shower since I have some free time before I head back out, I will be baking again ALL afternoon! We fit 18 per bag last night during the packaging, meaning I only got about 5 bags out of yesterday's batch. All those cookies looked like nothing once they were off my table and into their new paper homes! Agh!
I foresee a big cup of coffee in my future.

See ya!
