Simon Lin's Asian Bistro is located in the heart of Lincolnshire. Executive Chef/Owner Simon Lin is bringing over 35 years of Asian flavors to his new location. Chef Lin has owned and operated Little Szechwan, in Highland Park, for over 20 years, and this family-operated restaurant has been voted best Chinese food on the North Shore for many years. Chef Lin brings all of his years of experience in Asian cooking, fusing Chinese, Japanese and Thai flavors, creating a truly unique dining experience for his patrons. A full service bar will complement with complete wine and Saki lists.
