Tasting Dinner Toy Preview

I found this heart shaped potato recently...then I smashed it into oblivion! But that's not what this post is all about. Rob has a new toy!

It's not a cheap toy, but its a toy that will spin a fruit or veggie into one long continuous strip.

Check this out - a small purple potato becomes five feet of potato paper.

But what was cooler to me was the cylinder in the center...gorgeous! I'm not sure how this will be used but I think it will find its way into a sous vide bath.
