THE DARING BAKERS FEBRUARY 2011 CHALLENGE: Here's to a Creamy Dreamy Crunchy Sweet February!

The February 2011 Daring Bakers? challenge was hosted by Mallory from A Sofa in the Kitchen. She chose to challenge everyone to make Panna Cotta from a Giada De Laurentiis recipe and Nestle Florentine Cookies.
Add captionThey both turned out wonderful and will be added to my repertoire! I also made a fruit gelee for the panna cotta, raspberry, and this is what I served for my daughter's birthday meal dessert!  I made two different types of Florentine cookie sandwiches, milk chocolate  and white chocolate!
