The warm up: 3.3 mile treadmill run.

The workout: Legs 15reps x 4 sets each. Presses, Extensions, Curls, Squats, Seated Calves. Ab crunches on the ball 8 sets x 15.


Breakfast: A Spiru-Tein Choc-PB Shake, 1/2 a Grapefruit, Cream of Rye with a huge strawberry
