Turnip, Broccolini, Onion, Mushrooms ? Sauteed
Ingredients, in order (without quantities): Avocado oil (it can take high heat, and I wasn’t in the mood for sesame oil flavor today) Works easiest to prep all the above in advance. Okay, coat your pan with the oil, get it hot (medium-high heat) and add the cumin seeds. Let them pop around a little, then toss in the turnips. They’ll have to cook a bit longer than the other veggies. When they just start getting soft (flip them a few times), add the garlic and just INHALE that aroma! When the aroma starts kicking up, toss in the shiitake, onions and broccolini and move that around some in the skillet. Once these are all done, or essentially done, pop in the three final ingredients, and after about two more minutes, your cooking is done. This is great eaten by itself (which I did with a portion for lunch today). However in the photo it is paired with a chicken thigh. Rating: 5 out of 5. related searches : Turnip
