3-tier Steam Buttercream Wedding Cake and Kek Hantaran

My 1st order for steam buttercream wedding cake.  I received from Farah of Kota Seriemas, Nilai - next door neighbour of Bandar Enstek.  At 1st, Farah wanted 2-tier wedding cake.  Then, she called me up to change to 3-tier wedding cake.  Her theme color was fuschia.  I'm a bit nervous and excited about it.  All the knowledge that I gained during my class with Lea will be tested here.  


Now let's see the result of the 3-tier wedding cake and kek hantaran.

2.3kg Chocolate Moist Cake

Topping : Steam Buttercream
Smooth as fondant
Gumpaste flowers


3-tier Wedding Cakes
1st and 2nd tier were Chocolate Moist Cake
3rd tier (bottom tier) American Chocolate Cake
