Step 1: Transfer spice paste to another bowl and mix with mutton mince/ keema, breadcrumbs, maida, corn flour, curry leaves and chopped green chilli. Mix well. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Make even sized balls and flatten them into round shapes.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan / kadai and shallow fry ( medium heat ) in batches till golden brown on both sides. Serve with tea / coffee as a snack or a side dish.
