Cabbage Dal Pakoda
I often make sprouted moon dal dosa, one evening it was raining and my hubby always loves to eat garam garam pakodas with a cup of masala chai, Am sure anyone would love this combination on a rainy day. So when i decided to make pakoras, i remembered that i had to sent an entry to priya's easy and tasty recipe's sprout event, i had left over moong dal dosa batter, to which i added few more ingredients which completed it to a lipsmacking pakoda. Here's the recipe.
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Cooking Time :10 Minutes Servings :2 Ingredients: Sporuted Green gram / Moong Dal - 1/2 cup Cabbage - Finely chopped - 2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon Green Chilli - 2 finely chopped Coriander Leaves - 1 tablespoon Gram Flour - 2 tablespoon Rice flour - 2 tablespoon Asafoedita Salt Oil for frying Method: Grind the sprouted moon dal to a fine paste, add rest of the ingredients except oil and make it in to a thick batter, the batter should not be thin. Heat oil in a frying pan, drop a spoonfull of the batter in the oil and deep fry them until golden brown on both the sides. Serve Hot with ketchup of your choice.
