Coriander Chutney (Kothimeera Pachadi)
Ingredients:
Coriander leaves - 250 gms Green Chillies - 5-6 Tamarind paste - 2 tsp Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Onion - 1(finely chopped) Jaggery - small piece Oil - 1 tbsp Garlic cloves - 4 Cumin seeds - 1tsp Method: Wash and chop coriander leaves and chillies Heat the oil add coriander leaves, chillies and fry them Cool and grind all the ingredients except onions to make chutney Add onions before serving and mix well. related searches : Coriander
