Egg and Asparagus Spread Sandwich

It’s quite the winter wonderland outside this morning… and it’s still snowing! Mal and I are off to meet our wedding photographer this morning (our album is done!!), so hopefully, the roads won’t be too bad. I’m going to make Mal drive! ;)


Workout

I have a busy Saturday ahead of me today, so I woke up bright and early (7:00) for a sweaty workout. I haven’t run much this week, so I decided on a long treadmill one (while watching My Sweet Sixteen on MTV… those people are ridiculous!)

Breakfast 

I was craving eggs when I woke up this morning, so I threw together an egg sandwich (using Eggbeaters) in a pita with pepper and asparagus spread inside. It was different, but very good! 



With iced coffee, H20, and a frosted gingerbread man



Mr. Mal and I are off to a holiday pub crawl later this afternoon. I’m not really in the mood for going out to the bars, but hopefully, some holiday spirit will kick-in and I’ll have a blast.
