God is everywhere...

By CIAO-CHOW (Visit website)

Today I feel blessed.
It is such a turnaround from a week ago...
Today, I felt God everywhere.
Although it was a busy day, it was a great day.
I started to see some light at the end of the tunnel and it felt good. I went and met with a possible office solution for my law firm and all of a sudden I felt all grown up! The most amazing thing was the fact that my appointment was with a self-employed woman. Seeing her and feeling her energy made me feel as if I could conquer anything!!!!
And of course you know what happens when you are happy...YOU EAT LESS!!!!!! It is so true! I EAT LESS. My happiness has kept my portion in check and I have felt great all week long!
Look at the dishes I made between yesterday and today.

Let's start with the star of EVERYDAY perfect breakfast! My Cappuccino. Isn't the mug so cute and elegant?? I love the wooden coaster.Yesterday, I had the perfect sandwich.
Sprouted bread. Turkey Burger with sun dried tomatoes ( I brought them directly from Italy!). Real tomato. Baby Spinach!
Then for dinner I made PIZZA...just so I keep the Italian theme going...
Whole Wheat Dough ( from Trader Joe's) ( I feel I need to say that although I like TJ, their whole wheat dough is too sweet because they add sugar to it! So if you can make it yourself it would be best!). The toppings included, sliced zucchini, fresh tomatoes, ground turkey, and cheese.

I had one quarter of it!!! Perfect portion since it was extremely thin, true Italian Style!

And then TONIGHT...we are having SPIEDINI DI POLLO! ( Spiedino= little pitchfork).
I also added peppers ( The tiny kind from Costco! They are so versatile), and onion and infused chili pepper oil, pepper and rosemary..CANNOT WAIT TO DIG INTO IT! As a side Eric is making us Greek Salad with Tomatoes and Cucumbers and mint and feta!

I am salivating so I got to go!

Happy WEEKEND TO ALL!

A.
