Hellooooo blog world!

By sugarsprinkled! (Visit website)

After religiously reading many health and foodie blogs, I’ve finally decided to start my own!

I’ll probably be writing most about things that I have interest in: food, fashion, physical and emotional health, as well as a good dose of randomness: day-to-day musings, random epiphanies (I tend to have many) and whatever I feel elicits any positivity!

A bit about myself: I was born in NYC, but moved to the suburbs in Virginia when I was 2. I swear, somewhere along the move to VA, a big ol’ chunk of my heart was left in New York, because I am yearning to go back and build my future there!

I have so many goals and dreams for the future, but currently, I’ve sort of pressed the ‘pause’ button when it comes to working at those goals. My mother is battling cancer, so I’ve left school (temporarily) and I am basically at her side 24/7! And honestly, this is my duty as a daughter, so I try my absolute best to stay positive no matter what the situation. Positivity is a medicine on its own. :)

What do these goals and dreams consist of? for one, I want to design clothing sometime in the future. I’m an artist! :D  I was close to pursuing art/fashion design in university. I have an immense love for fashion: particularly street couture!

My number 1 ultimate goal, however,  is to become a teacher! Hopefully I can go back to school soon and continue working on that! I know it is God’s will that I become a teacher. That is my ultimate dream, and has been ever since I was 6 years old!

I’m not 100% sure yet as to what direction this blog will go, but I’m thinking it will dabble here and there and everywhere…sprinkled in sugar! :P
