Help Haiti Now

Good Morning!

I was a bit ashamed last night and should have written a post then and there but after putting the kids to bed, I watched Anderson Cooper's coverage of the aftermath of the earthquake in Haiti and it just broke my heart.  Help is desperately needed over in Haiti right now and here I was in my own little world talking about how I wanted a Clarisonic and a Garmin.  Please accept my apologies for being so caught up in "ME". 

After seeing the devastation in Haiti it reminded me how blessed and lucky I am and how there is so many people in the world that need help right now.  Really put things in perspective.  So to make myself feel better  (again.... making it about myself... sorry) I made a contribution to Doctors Without Borders, nothing huge, but I really believe any  contribution helps.  There are tons of organizations seeking donations right now to help out the Haitian people and I would encourage you to give what you can.

I am off to teach children's yoga at Bodhi Yoga today from 12:00pm-1:00pm and then off to pick up kids, music lessons and other normal day to day events that again I am so blessed to be doing today.
