James dean cupcakes

james dean - fancyAt 8 o'clock this evening my daughter tells me that she's having a classroom party tomorrow for the end of the year and I HAVE TO bake cupcakes for her class. So we set out all the ingredients and she helps me make the batter, fill the cupcake cups, put them in the oven and it's now bedtime. I put both kids to bed, pray for them & kiss them good-night. Back to the kitchen to make the buttercream frosting (yeay/i love frosting). Cupcakes are done now they must cool for a bit & I watch a grill-off competition on tv. Now it's time to frost the cupcakes. Since they are for second-graders I decided to sprinkle these JAMES DEAN's with whatever I had on hand. They came out quite pretty. I'm sure she'll be happy. I even left 4 unfrosted cupcakes for her to do herself in the morning.
