Level 2 of Jillian Michaels? 6 Week 6 Pack
Good Morning and Welcome to Level 2 of Jillian Michaels’ 6 Week 6 Pack.
Good thing too because I was getting really tired of Level 1. It was nice to change it up this morning. Level 2 was just a tad tougher, but I enjoyed how each of the Levels have a different approach to the work outs. Level 1 is more floor work, Level 2 is more standing Level 1 is more crunch motion, Level 2 is more twisting Both concentrate on obliques Both have an equal amount of cardio (In case you missed it here’s the breakdown of this challenge) I did the 30 minute DVD then dug into a big bowl of cantaloupe for breakfast.
Unfortunately the cantaloupe wasn’t good at all. It was dry and flavorless. Lesson learned – do not buy cantaloupe when it is wayyyy out of season.
The yogurt, almond butter, and Kashi Go Lean Crisp did help make it edible.
2011 Oscar Nominees Did anyone catch the 2011 Oscar Nominees being announced this morning? I was pleasantly surprised that not only did I recognize all of the Best Picture Nominees, but the majority of them I’ve either seen or are currently in my Netflix Queue. Black Swan (Saw it. Beautifully written/ directed/acted) The Fighter (No desire to see it) Inception (Saw it. Great movie that actually kept me interested the entire time.) The Kids Are All Right (In my Netflix queue) The King?s Speech (No desire to see it, but have heard good things.) 127 Hours (In my Netflix queue) The Social Network (Saw it. I personally thought it was really interesting because I’m a product of the Facebook era.) Toy Story 3 (Saw it. Cute, but not sure it deserves the statue.) True Grit ( Eh) Winter?s Bone (eh) My money is on Black Swan, but that’s only because I haven’t seen The King’s Speech and I’m pretty sure that’s where everyone else is putting their money. Who do you think will take the statue home next month? related searches : Level
