Take the frozen cut snakegourd pieces in a microwave safe bowl and wash it and then cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes or till they are cooked and soft.
Once cooked squeeze the water out of the cooked snake gourd and keep it aside.
Now place a pan on the stove on medium high heat and all the seasoning ingrdients to it except turmeric and salt.
Once the seasoning is done add the cooked snakegourd pieces to the pan along with turmeric and salt and mix well.
Cook for a minute till all the ingredients blend well and switch off the stove. Now take the yogurt and beat it well .
Add the well beaten yogurt to the pan of cooked gourd and garnish it with cilantro and cut green chillies. Adjust salt if needed.
