Matar paneer Curry

Ingredients:

Indian cheese (Paneer): 100 gms (chopped)Peas: 1/2 cupTomato :2 (chopped or pureed)Ginger: a small piece (grated)Red chilli pwd: to tasteSalt: to tasteTurmeric pwd: 1/2 tspCumin seeds: 1 tspOil: 1-2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.Add ginger, tomatoes. Cook till done (without covering cooker's lid).Add peas, paneer, salt, red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd and water (~1-2 cups).Take 1 whistle and cook on low flame for 5 mins.Serve hot with chapati, parantha , nan or rice.
