Elimination diet phase one recipe: lentil quinoa burgers

- 2 cups cooked lentils
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 tablespoons lentil cooking liquid
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups cooked quinoa
Add all ingredients except the sunflower seeds and quinoa to the food processor. Process just until mixed and lumpy.
Add in sunflower seeds and process another 30 seconds. Put mixture into a large mixing bowl.
Stir quinoa into the mixture until evenly mixed. Form into patties.
In a pan, saute 1 teaspoon olive oil and cook burgers until browned, a few minutes per side.
