Ingredients:
150 grams Greek yogurt
4 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon dry dill
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3 grams mint leaves, finely diced
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and shredded

Preparation:
Prepare ahead so flavors can blend. Divide mint leaves - mix all ingredients together in bowl and garnish with the other half of the mint leaves. Delicious served with gyros and pita bread.
