Pesarattu Dosa with Ginger Chutney
Ingredients for Pesarattu Dosa
Whole moong dal : 1 cup Green chily : 3 Raw Rice : 1 tbsp SaltOil Method Wash and soak moong dal and rice for 3 to 4 hrs. Grind it with green chillies and then add salt to it. Heat Dosa Tawa make like normal dosa .. Serve with Ginger Chutney Ingredients for Ginger Chutney Chopped Ginger : 2 tbsps Red chilly : 1 Tamarind : a small piece Urad dal : 1 tbsp Coconut : 2 tbsp Salt Method Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger, redchilly, urad dal and tamarind.
