Pineapple Tarts
Btw - i've finished documenting the pineapple tart jam recipe, according to the way i normally make it. However, i've found a defect - using my method, it's easy to overcook the jam, making it really too hard to do anything. so, i'm trying a new method out and i'll write on a comparison soon. :)
