Ribeye Steak
Ingredients: 4 to 5 pieces ribeye steak 1 head garlic, minced salt and pepper to taste 1 to 2 tablespoons Lea and Perrins sauce 2 tablespoons light soy sauce 1 tablespoon lemon or calamansi juice 2 tablespoons butter Procedure: 1) In a shallow dish, mix together lemon juice, soy sauce, Lea and Perrins and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. 2) Marinate steak for 30 minutes. 3) In a non stick pan, melt butter. Sautè ribeye steak one or two at time for four minutes on each side. 4) Serve immediately.
