Save the date: Project by Project?s Annual Tasting Benefit is on October 1st, 2010

Each year, Project by Project (PbP) chooses a theme and a non-profit to benefit though their Annual Tasting Benefit (ATB). This year?s theme is ?Health Care for All.?

On Friday October 1st, 2010, Project by Project will be hosting their Annual Tasting Benefit, Plate by Plate, in New York City. Proceeds from the event will benefit the locally based Hamilton Madison House, a non-profit settlement house in the Two Bridges/Chinatown area of Manhattan’s Lower East Side dedicated to improving the quality of life in its community and beyond. The event attracts renowned chefs and restaurants from all over the city.



Restaurant Participants include:

Morimoto, Blue Smoke, EN Japaenese Brasserie, Thalassa, ilili, Hudson Yards, South Gate, Spot, Tawny Ong, L?Ecole at French Culinary Institute, Rhong Tiam, One if By Land Two if by Sea, and more.

Beverage Participants include:

Gunlach Bundschu, Gekkeikan Sake, and other wines, spirits and beverages from around the world.

Special Guests include:

Local and national media personalities and celebrity sous chefs… Sandra Endo, Liz Cho, Connie Chung, Ivy Higa, Vivian Lee, Julie Chang, Michelle Yu and more.

There will also be musical performances and a silent auction, too.
