Baking Powder Biscuits & White Bean Vegan Sausage Gravy-from Vegan with a Vengeance

Ok, the best part about weekend breakfasts?  Having a big breakfast.  No cereal, no toast, no oatmeal.  Plus, my gf and I are both home, which means we can help each other in the kitchen.  Today, she was in charge of her fabulous fried potatoes and cooking the vegan sausage, while I prepared the gravy and made some kick ass biscuits....just sayin'.  I love this meal, like...really REALLY love it!  It's the whole comfort thing.  I grew up down South, and nothing says Southern food like sausage gravy n' biscuits.  I also find it a must to have two biscuits, one with the gravy, and the other with jam...mmm hmmm.  Anyway, hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend!  Thanks for visiting. :-)
