Chili Chicken
Chili Chicken Ingredients ½ kg Chicken bones250 gm Green chilies 1 cup Chicken stock 3-4 Talhar chilies 1-2 Spring onion 1 tbsp Chopped garlic 1 tbsp Chopped ginger ½ tsp Crushed black pepper 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp Oil Salt to taste Method In a pan heat 2-3 tbsp add 3-4 sliced talhar chili and fry till they begin to sizzle.Remove the chili .In the same pan add 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and ½ kg chicken then fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame till the oil forms a separate layer on top. Now add 125gms of sliced green chilies and fry again for 1-2 minutes on a high flame. Then add 3 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 cup stalk, ½ tsp black pepper and salt to taste, cook on a low flame. When the mixture starts drying add fried talhar chili slices and dish out. Garnished it with 1-2 spring onion leaves and serve it. related searches : Chili
