With Billy's recommendation, Mister ordered the bun bo hue. It is also known as spicy beef. I think Billy had a kick from our bad pronunciation. It was seriously good. I just wanted to drink the whole bowl and not return it to Mister. And look at the blood cube! Delicious. I must order this the next time.
