How to make a pineapple bowl ?

Place pineapple sideways on a chopping board, with leaves pointing away. Using a sharp knife, cut it open.

Using a pointed knife, cut pulp all around the edges, about 2 cm away from rind. Carve out the fruit.

Take care with the top and leaves section as this area can break easily. Support it underneath with your hand.

Finally, use your hands or a large spoon to scoop out the fruit for a cleaner finish. Serve pineapple fried rice/ salad...
