Does anyone know how delicious the food at the Nordstrom Cafe is? Sometimes I meet my Mom at the mall just to go and have lunch there. I usually order the tomato basil soup, the Salmon, or the Chinese chicken salad. Those are my three favorite things to get and in that order. If I am being honest sometimes my Mom and I order all three and go to town. Everything else on the menu is to die for. I am sure you need some make up, or new running shoes, a new outfit maybe?? Stop by the Nordie cafe when you do!!!!

This is the tomato basil soup. It is absolutely the perfect blend of tomato, cream, and spices. When you take a bite it is smooth and hits all the right taste buds all at the same time. After I take the first bite I have a moment. You know the kind of moment when you smile, close your eyes and sink down in to your chair a little farther.

Herb crusted salmon is another of my favorites. The picture tells you all you need to know. They grill all of the veggies until they are caramelized and just delicious. The bell peppers, specifically the red bell peppers, are my favorite. And just look at the gobs of fresh herbs they pile on! The salmon is cooked to perfection, is juicy and is the stuff dreams are made of. That is if you dream of food like I do!
